Louder Than War
You can stream the first offering 'Squad Vowels (Live at Scala)' on your favoured platforms - a live reimagining of a track taken from JOHN's 2017's debut. A decade since the band's live debut. You can also pre-order the album on limited vinyl, including meticulous artwork (by John Newton of the band) embracing the singularity of the show at one of London's historic venues.
"On Thursday 29th February 2024, the band known as JOHN played at SCALA in the city of London. Self-described as: four arms, four legs, two heads, wood, metal & plastic, the duo were recorded live by sound engineer James King. The captured audio was then also mixed by James King & mastered by Katie Tavini at Weird Jungle. Photographer Sam Walton was also present to document the occasion"
